Leadership

I love this quote! We need to improve ourselves in order to lead others. We need to become the leader we would want to follow.

I have thought about this topic for a while. Especially since I have an amazing team! The team I am building with DoTerra is beautiful and we are becoming more successful in our lives. We are seeing miracles happen from using these certified pure therapeutic oils!

Picture 2

I want you to think about these two pictures.
What is the difference?

The reason I ask is this. I look at picture 1 and I see followers. This is not bad at all, but for me I am wanting to build leaders! I want them to have the same joys I have watching them achieve their goals! It is amazing to see and be apart of! When I look at picture 2, I see leaders with their own business flourishing and achieving their goals.

A leader helps build leaders by learning themselves on how to lead. We can not be afraid to make mistakes, because they are only mis takes. There is growth everywhere and it is amazing to see the opportunities!

Share some ideas on leadership!

This is important to take note. We can use IN-Tune blend to focus ourselves in order to lead. We cannot allow negative energy to build in ourselves. We are a light and a beacon to the the world! Everyone deserves a chance to run their own lives successfully...no matter what their doing.

Another marvelous oil is Elevation blend. Elevation is a joyful blend. When you are starting to feel angry or negative in any way this is the oil you want on hand.

I could tell you so many other oils, but I will only tell you one more I don't think I have spoken about and that is the Citrus Bliss blend. This an invigorating blend. Feeling tired because you were working late the night before? This is the blend you want.

There are so many other opportunities to use these and so many other blends.

This is all I can tell you about being a leader...take every opportunity to lead and learn!

Good luck everyone and please leave feedback on these entries. That is how we all grow and learn! Thank you so much!
