Neuropathy

Neuropathy: a functional disturbance or pathological change in the peripheral nervous system, sometimes limited to noninflammatory lesions as opposed to those of neuritis.

This is what I do to help individua's with neuropathy...(salt combo) Lavender, Peppermint, Frankincense, hot water, dishpan Balance & Aromatouch blends rub down on leg (knee to tip of toes) foot Aromatouch zones on foot (top of foot too). Put your hands from bottom of knee on back and front pulled down to tip of toes all the way around the calf. 3 times. This helps so much! It is amazing to see how it helps with pain, inflammation, and the blood flow.

I have a sweet friend, whose toes have not been pink or could they bend. Our friend applied these oils and hand movements to her legs. By the end of the night she was bending toes and turning pink. How beautiful is that? These oils are amazing. Try them and get to know your oils.

  1. I have also found that applying lavender, peppermint, wintergreen, and/or vetiver before bedtime helps someone that is suffering from symptoms of neuropathy to help them sleep at night instead of waking up in throbbing pain. Great post, Alicia! You are amazing!!!!

  2. Do you add the oils to epsom salts? I guess I'm not sure what you mean by "salt Combo" I want to make this for a friend, so can I put the oils in a small jar of epsom salts? Thanks!
