Focus

Focus...what is focus? Focus is the center of an interest or activity. That is so simple! What are some of the things I am focusing on in my life?

Health
Business Expansion
Personal Growth

I have three at this point in my life.

I am striving for better health for my body and my family. I have a goal of releasing weight by releasing toxic fat. How amazing is that...releasing toxic fat! We need some good fat in our body for cushion, energy and protection.

I also have a focus on expanding our business VIVA LA VERDE with my family. My husband I have some amazing ideas. We want to build it to become a Healing House. Where people can come to relax learn about raw food and create a new them. This is exciting and wonderful!

My third and not last is personal growth. This is so important for all of as individuals no matter what our status in life might be. We need to be growing personally. We need to become better people and share that knowledge with others so we can duplicate our selves. It is like Pay It Forward. We want to share, guide, and direct them to share, guide and so forth. We need to have a focus.

How?

Well I have been listening to so many of these beautiful conference calls we have in Doterra every day. They are amazing! If you have a desire to learn listen to these calls. This is how...

These calls will not be recorded so be sure to be there live! The new number is 1-530-881-1212, and the meeting ID code is 180-406-344. It will be great to hear your voice when you check in! (these are Mountain times)

I also read a lot of self learning books and I have some favorites. I have been reading the Secret Series and they are amazing! I am grateful for the simplification of the Law of Attraction that they discuss. I am grateful for authors like John C. Maxwell, Tony Robbins, Stephen R. Covey, and so many more. We need to improve ourselves so we can help others. We cannot forget about ourselves. If someone needs a band-aid for a cut, you have to know what a band-aid is first. I know that is a weird analogy, but for me it works. I have to be able to explain something or be able to find someone who does. This is different than being a know-it-all. We can know something and be humble about it too. I am grateful for the knowledge I gain from the spirit when reading these books. I know my Heavenly Father will guide me to good books that have grate information and go along with the gospel.

We need to follow our line of desired vision to success. This is how we focus...keep the goals in mind and always have a desired vision clearly outlining the path you should take to achievement.
